Mechanical and microscopic examinations are performed according to valid international standards on all types of metallic materials. Testing procedures are adapted to the client’s needs.
Testing of metallic materials include mechanical, microscopic and chemical tests.
After the test, we provide an assessment of the results in the form of a Certificate.

Mechanical tests
Mechanical tests are performed on metallic and polymeric materials and products:
- tensile test of metals,
- tensile test of polymers,
- bending test of polymers,
- pressure test,
- hardness according to Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers,
- depth of surface hardened layer,
- deep drawing of sheet metal according to Erichsen,
- testing of bolts, nuts, washers, fasteners,
- impact toughness of polymer test specimens (Charpy, Izod),
- bending test and impact bending test on products (Dynstat),
- testing of adhesive tapes, labels, adhesion of foil to laminates,
- dimensional measurement
Microscopic examinations
Microscopic examinations are performed on metal and non-metal materials and products:
- macro and micro tests of metals and alloys,
- metallography – qualitative and quantitative analysis,
- depth of surface hardened layer (from structure),
- microscopic examinations of the printed circuit board,
- fault identification,
- measurements of protective coating thicknesses (destructive – microscopy and non – destructive – magnetic (Eddy current)),
- microphotographic services.
Technical cleanliness
We perform analyzes of technical purity on materials, prototypes, semi-finished products and products:
- determination of mass, size and type of particles (metallic and non-metallic),
- classification of particles according to size classes (above 50 µm) and type.
