Most of the test procedures are carried out
- according to international standards,
- but we also introduced some internal methods.
We also design and adapt test procedures to client requirements.
Mass laboratory
The mass laboratory performs calibrations in the areas of weights, volume and density using the gravimetric method.
The laboratory has over 30 years of experience in volumetric apparatus and the staff is professionally trained in the adjustment, maintenance and repair of all types of pipettes. The laboratory has been accredited since 1999.
Electro laboratory
With state-of-the art reference equipment the Electrical laboratory ensures high accuracy and works on calibrations of a wide range of measuring and testing equipment as well as testing in the areas of surface resistivity, components testing and electrical safety testing.
Among others, the laboratory specialises in the calibration of test or inspection equipment on production lines, carried out in on site or.
Pressure and flow laboratory
The laboratory carries out calibration of all types of pressure and flow meters. Over a wide pressure and flow range calibrations are carried out in the laboratory as well as on-site. The laboratory also carries out a wide variety of measurements or tests on products in the development phases, or for the purposes of determining conformity of the products or components.
Laboratory termo
The laboratory carries out calibration of all types of thermometers and hygrometers using the comparison method. Over a wide temperature range, from – 90 °C to over 1500 °C calibrations are carried out in the laboratory as well as on-site.

Lenght laboratory
The laboratory is equipped with modern precision measuring equipment and has full traceability of its reference base to the national laboratory.
Calibration is carried out for the following measures and gauges:

- end gauges of special shapes,
- gap and thickness gauges,
- spheres and step gauges,
- rings and plugs (plain, thread, taper),

Cleanliness laboratory
We offer manufacturers and users of clean rooms and similar environments a comprehensive service in the field of clean room testing, with standardized tests:

Mask laboratory
In our modern, state-of-the-art, newly equipped laboratory for face masks, we offer:
- test of medical face masks in accordance with standard EN 14683 or SIST-TS 1200,
- test of filtering half masks to protect against particles in accordance with standard EN 149,
- certification of filtering half masks to protect against particles in accordance with PPE Regulative.
Laboratory health
The laboratory area of work is related to human and animal health, mainly performing calibration and qualification for health and veterinary institutions, as well as the pharmaceutical and food industries. Most calibrations are carried out in the field – at the place of use of the instrument.
Laboratory environment
With measuring in agreed time interval using a variety of temperature, pressure and other sensors (or loggers) we evaluate climatic controlled enclosers. As these are stationary or large installations, most calibration are carried out at the point of use – on site.
Co-ordinate measurements laboratory
Laboratory for co-ordinate measurements enables to measure a wide variety of samples and is equipped with co-ordinate measuring machine, optical measuring machine, linear measuring machine, roundness tester and roughness tester.
Measurements may be made by direct measurement on the specimen or on the cast negative of the specimen, where first a cast is made with a special mass intended for co-ordinate measurements. If necessary, samples can also be cut, to measure inaccessible angles.
Laboratory wind
The laboratory carries out calibrations of all types of air velocity meters (anemometers) in the range up to 40 m/s (144 km/h). It is equipped with a state-of-the-art wind tunnel, specially made for calibration of anemometers. In addition to the wind speed, the anemometers consist of sensors for wind direction or other environmental parameters – temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.
Laboratory mobility
The laboratory is active in mobility-related areas, mainly performing calibration and verifications for car workshops, car worthiness stations (MOT), tachograph and vehicle conformity assessment bodies. Most calibrations are carried out in the field – at the place of use of the instrument.
The laboratory works closely with authorised equipment repair services who carry out all maintenance and repair services for the mobility laboratory.
Mechanics laboratory
The mechanics laboratory carries out calibrations of instruments in the field of force and torque, and related quantities.
Laboratory for metals, mechanical testing and microscopy
Mechanical and microscopic examinations are performed according to valid international standards. We adapt the test procedures to the needs of the client.
Printed circuit board laboratory
Tests are performed on solder materials such as printed circuit boards (TIVs) and electronic components.
Laboratory of analytical chemistry
The laboratory is equipped with modern measuring equipment that allows the analysis of various materials in accordance with international standards.
Polymer laboratory
The properties and durability of products made of polymeric materials mainly depend on the composition of the selected materials and the quality of processing.
Surface protection laboratory
According to international standards or your requirements, we perform corrosion and climate tests on all types of materials, semi-finished products and products.
